1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PaystubsFast.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Billing Terms, Refund Policy, and Lawful Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

PaystubsFast.com provides self-service document preparation tools: a pay stub generator and an online PDF editor with preloaded form templates. Documents are generated from information you supply. We do not verify, audit, or certify the information you enter, and generated documents are not official government documents and do not constitute third-party verification of employment or income.

3. Your responsibilities

You certify that all information you enter is true, accurate, and authorized — that you are the employer, the payee, or otherwise authorized to create the record. You are solely responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your use of generated documents.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to create documents that misrepresent employment, income, or any other fact to lenders, landlords, government agencies, courts, or any third party. Prohibited uses include loan fraud, rental fraud, tax fraud, immigration fraud, benefits fraud, and identity misrepresentation. We may refuse service, cancel orders, and cooperate with law enforcement where fraud is suspected.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

6. Payment

Fees are one-time per order and disclosed before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. See Billing Terms and the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including templates, designs, and software, is owned by PaystubsFast.com or its licensors. You receive a license to use documents you generate for your own lawful purposes. Government forms (IRS templates) are public documents.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated documents will be accepted by any third party or satisfy any legal requirement. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or accounting advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaystubsFast.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below.
