Information we collect

Account details (email, name, password hash), document data you enter (company, employee, payroll, and form information), order and payment metadata (order totals, Stripe payment identifiers — never full card numbers), technical data (IP address, browser, device), and support correspondence.

How we use it

To generate your documents, process payments, deliver documents by download and email, provide your dashboard, send transactional messages (order confirmations, saved-progress and cart-recovery reminders for carts you started), respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card number and full payment credentials go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See stripe.com/privacy.

Document data

Documents and the data used to generate them are stored in private, access-controlled storage so you can re-download them from your dashboard. We do not sell your data or use your document contents for advertising.

Emails

We send transactional emails (receipts, document delivery, password resets) and cart-recovery reminders for incomplete orders where you provided your email. Recovery reminders stop automatically when the cart is completed or expires.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for login, cart, and security (CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention

Orders and generated documents are retained so you can access them from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and documents by emailing support@paystubsfast.com; we may retain records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at support@paystubsfast.com. We honor applicable rights under state privacy laws.

HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, private document storage, signed expiring download links, and role-restricted admin access. See the Security page.
