One-time charges

All purchases are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions, trials that convert, or recurring billing of any kind. You are charged only when you complete checkout for an order.

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout: single pay stub $19.99; two or more pay stubs $11.99 each; direct deposit slip add-on $2.99 per stub; form documents $19.99. Promotional coupons apply at checkout when valid.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize a single charge for the order total shown. Your statement descriptor will reference PaystubsFast.

Coupons

Coupon codes, including cart-recovery discounts, are single-use where indicated, non-transferable, cannot be combined, and expire on their stated date.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, no order is delivered and no charge should settle. If you believe you were charged for a failed order, contact support@paystubsfast.com.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge — most issues are resolved within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered documents may result in account suspension.
