Instant digital delivery

PaystubsFast.com products are digital documents generated and delivered immediately after payment. Because delivery is instant and the product cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once a document has been generated and made available for download.

When we do refund

We will promptly refund: duplicate charges for the same order; orders where a technical failure on our side prevented document generation or delivery and we cannot remedy it; and confirmed unauthorized charges (which we also encourage you to report to your card issuer).

Data-entry errors

If you notice a mistake in the information you entered, contact support — for paystub orders we can help you regenerate documents from your order with corrected details. Refunds are not owed for customer data-entry errors, but we aim to make corrections easy.

Acceptance by third parties

Refunds are not provided because a third party declined to accept a document. Our documents are records you prepare, not third-party verification, and acceptance is always at the recipient's discretion.

How to request

Email support@paystubsfast.com with your order number within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
