Purpose of our tools

PaystubsFast.com provides document preparation tools for lawful recordkeeping, payroll, contractor, and business documentation purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring all information entered is true, accurate, and authorized.

Prohibited uses

Do not use generated documents for fraud or misrepresentation of any kind, including: loan or mortgage fraud; rental/lease application fraud; tax fraud or evasion; immigration fraud; government benefits fraud; employment misrepresentation; or deceiving any person, business, court, or agency about income, employment, or identity.

Certification at checkout

Every order requires an explicit certification: "I certify that the information I entered is accurate and authorized, and I agree to use these documents only for lawful purposes." Orders cannot be completed without it.

Authorization

Create payroll documents only for your own business, your own records, or with the authorization of the business concerned. Creating documents in the name of an employer that did not authorize them may be forgery or fraud.

Consequences

Suspected fraudulent use may result in order cancellation, account termination, and cooperation with law enforcement and defrauded parties. Misuse of payroll and income documents can constitute state and federal crimes carrying serious penalties.
